Project and Portfolio Management

Drawing on its extensive project development expertise, Enecore offers its clients project management services for project portfolios and for individual projects. 

To perform these services Enecore liaises closely with all types of stakeholders including project owners, local consultants and DOEs in order to ensure effective communication between parties and to achieve the ultimate objective of rapid and efficient project delivery. 

Enecore focuses on avoiding and reducing delays and risks in the validation and verification processes as well as providing regular project status and performance reports to the client.  The project management service may also include managing the host country approval process, selection of the DOE, assisting clients in commercial negotiations, quality control of technical outputs and provision of technical input as needed in order to achieve registration and issuance.  Finally, the portfolio management service can also include consolidated reporting, and forecasting of delivery schedules in order to ensure optimal delivery of carbon credits.
